State/Province 4	Canadian & U.S. records are listed by abbreviations.   Example: ON = Ontario, TX = Texas
Country 5	The United States records are listed by abbreviation without punctuation (use USA not U.S.A.).   All other countries are listed by full name.
* Search Notes: Search characters are case insensitive (a = A). A search using multiple fields is permitted. For example: Last Name = A, State = CA.  This search will return all CPT's with a last name beginning with "A" in the state of California. Only one entry per field will return results. For example: Last Name = Ad is acceptable (search all last names beginning with "Ad"); Last Name = A D is invalid (search all last names beginning with "a d" which will return no results). Not all records have an associated State/Province. Country codes may not be uniform.  For example, a resident of London may show their country code as either England or the United Kingdom. When inconsistencies are detected on individual records (such as a country code), ISPI standardizes those records using uniform codes.  If your record is incorrect please report the error to membership@ispi.org.  You may also edit your record's address on-line at My ISPI. << top >>
